Worldwide sales according to Incoterm EX Works (EXW) - Self-organised collection ex works
You can buy from us worldwide, no matter from which location, by prepayment according to the Incoterms EX Works terms. What does EX Works (EXW) mean? EX Works is one of the international voluntary trade clauses of the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), which regulates the worldwide sale and transport of goods.
How does it work? - Procedure and shipment of your purchase at Biobiene®
For you as a buyer, the EX Works term means that you organise the shipping and collection of the purchased goods from us yourself. This has the great advantage that you can decide for yourself which parcel service will collect your ordered goods from our factory.
And this is how it works: You order your goods in our online shop and enter your foreign address correctly. Choose prepayment as your payment method and complete your order. After full payment of the order, we make your goods ready for shipment - we pack them safely and in the best possible way for worldwide shipment - and then send you a message that your goods are ready for shipment and waiting for you to pick them up. You will receive the dimensions of the packaging: length, width, height and weight, so that you can pass these details on to your shipping partner.
Parcel and carrier services for EX Works collection
You can decide by yourself with which shipping partner your goods should be sent. You - the buyer - organise the pick-up of the goods from our factory on your own through a service provider of your choice. Below you will find an overview of possible shipping partners:

There are many other providers such as FedEX, GLS or even online platforms that offer several service providers to choose from and calculate the cheapest shipping for your parcel. If possible, we will gladly help you to find a suitable shipping company for your shipment or organize this shipment for you against payment of costs. We ask for your understanding that we explicitly reserve this service, since import regulations or other circumstances such as order value or security concerns during shipping may not allow this service. Cela présente le grand avantage que vous pouvez décider vous-même quel service de colis ou quelle entreprise de transport viendra chercher chez nous la marchandise commandée à l'usine.
Voici comment cela fonctionne: vous commandez votre marchandise dans notre boutique en ligne et indiquez correctement votre adresse à l'étranger. Choisissez comme mode de paiement le paiement d'avance et finalisez votre commande. Après le paiement intégral de la commande, nous préparons votre marchandise pour l'expédition - nous l'emballons de manière sûre et optimale pour une expédition dans le monde entier - et vous envoyons ensuite un message vous informant que votre marchandise, prête à être expédiée, attend chez nous pour être enlevée. Vous recevez les dimensions de l'emballage : longueur, largeur, hauteur et poids, afin que vous puissiez transmettre ces informations à votre partenaire d'expédition.

EX Works significa che lei stesso organizza la spedizione o il ritiro della merce acquistata da noi. Questo ha il vantaggio di decidere voi stessi quale servizio di pacchi o spedizioniere ritirerà la merce ordinata dalla nostra azienda.
Ecco come funziona: lei ordina la sua merce nel nostro negozio online e inserisce correttamente il suo indirizzo estero. Scelga il pagamento anticipato come metodo di pagamento e completi il suo ordine. Dopo il pagamento completo dell'ordine, la merce verrà preparate per la spedizione. Verrà imballata in modo sicuro per una migliore spedizione in tutto il mondo, dopodiché manderemo un messaggio che la merce è pronta per il ritiro presso i nostri magazzini, nella mail verranno specificate le dimensioni dell'imballaggio (lunghezza, larghezza, altezza e peso) in modo da trasmettere questi dettagli alla spedizione.
